Is Dalian Shipyard a central enterprise or a state-owned enterprise?

Dalian Shipyard is a state-owned enterprise, Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd., which belongs to China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. Founded in 1898, Lian Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd., which is controlled by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and China Heavy Industry Corporation, is the largest modern ship assembly enterprise with the most comprehensive shipbuilding products in China, and has formed five major industries: shipbuilding, marine engineering, heavy industry and ship repair and dismantling. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, more than 3,000 ships of various types have been built, creating 70 "firsts" in shipbuilding in China. The first 10,000-ton ship in China, the first 24,000-ton tanker in China, the first guided missile destroyer in China, the first export ship in China, the first VLCC in China, the first 3,000m deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform in China and the first aircraft carrier were all built by CSSC.
