3. Registration and qualification review

3. Registration requirements: Each applicant can only apply for one position. When registering, applicants must provide original copies of their academic qualifications and degree certificates, professional title certificates, valid ID cards, and 3 recent one-inch photos without hats and bottoms.

4. Examination and assessment

1. Written test time and content: The written test time is November 28, 2009 (tentative). Test the basic knowledge of relevant majors from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning. The total score of the written test is ranked in order from high score to low score for the position. Among the candidates applying for the same position, they will be interviewed in a ratio of 1:3 to the planned number of recruits. Applicants with the same total score in the written examination and tied rankings can participate in the interview at the same time.

2. The interview (professional test) will be organized and implemented by our bureau in conjunction with the Municipal Personnel Bureau. The interview mainly tests: political character, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, language expression ability, manners, team spirit, etc.

3. Score synthesis: After the interview, the overall score will be synthesized according to the ratio of written test scores accounting for 50 and interview scores accounting for 50 (professional test scores accounting for 30 and interview scores accounting for 20). The total scores are determined from high scores to low scores according to positions. If there is a tie in ranking, they can participate in the assessment (political review) at the same time.

4. Assessment (political review): The assessment content is mainly to investigate and understand whether the recruitment targets have bad deeds, whether they have illegal and criminal acts, and whether their personal conduct is good, etc. Anyone who does not meet the above political review conditions will be rejected by 1 vote. If a candidate fails the political review, he or she will be replaced from those who applied for the same position in order from high to low based on their comprehensive scores, and the number of replacements will not exceed two.

5. Physical examination

The physical examination is organized by the Political and Engineering Section of the Municipal Planning Bureau. The physical examination is carried out in accordance with the "Notice on Issuing the General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" by the Provincial Department of Personnel and the Provincial Department of Health (Xiangrenfa [2005] No. 31) and the "Forwarded to the General Office of Health of the Ministry of Personnel" by the Provincial Department of Personnel and the Provincial Department of Health. 6. Publicity

The results of the written test, interview, assessment, and physical examination will be announced on the Zhuzhou Municipal Planning Bureau website, and the final recruitment list will be publicized for 7 days.

7. Employment Approval

1. After the public notice period has expired and there is no objection, the application and approval procedures will be completed according to relevant procedures, and the Zhuzhou Planning Exhibition Hall will sign an employment contract with the person to be hired. , determine the employment relationship.

2. Newly hired personnel will have a probation period of half a year. Upon expiration of the probation period, those who pass the assessment will be officially appointed. Those who fail will be disqualified from employment.
