Provisions on bidding procedures

Article 6 An applicant shall fill in an application form for notarization and submit the following materials:

(a) the legal person qualification certificate, the legal representative's identity certificate and my identity certificate, and the power of attorney and my identity certificate shall be submitted when applying;

(two) commissioned by the tender, it shall submit the power of attorney and the qualification certificate to undertake the tender;

(three) the approval documents of the relevant competent departments on the bidding projects and activities;

(4) A list of the tendering agency and its members;

(five) the tender notice (announcement) or invitation letter;

(6) Bidding documents (mainly including: instructions to bidders, technical requirements of the project subject to tender, tender format, tender guarantee documents, contract conditions, etc. );

(7) Pre-qualification documents of bidders;

(eight) the list of bid evaluation institutions and members;

(nine) other relevant materials that the notary believes should be submitted.

Article 7 The notary office shall accept an application that meets the following conditions and notify the applicant in writing:

(1) The applicant meets the provisions of Article 5 of these Rules;

(2) The application for notarization conforms to the scope stipulated in Article 3 of these Rules;

(three) the application for notarization is under the jurisdiction of this notary office;

(4) The materials listed in Items (1), (2), (3) and (9) of Article 6 of these Rules are basically complete.

If the application does not meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, the notary office shall make a decision of rejection, notify the parties concerned and inform the reconsideration procedure of rejection.

The decision of acceptance or rejection shall generally be made within seven days after the materials listed in Items (1), (2), (3) and (9) of Article 6 of these Rules are basically complete.
