Grasp the cultivation of talents. We will build eight "enterprise lieutenant colonel" and six "enterprise students", set up 26 "enterprise teacher workstations" and five "school master studios", and build a "three-level" long-term cooperation mechanism between colleges and industries, majors and enterprises, and school tutors and enterprise tutors to promote the deep integration between schools and enterprises. Grasp the employment service. Build an employment information network integrating information sharing, policy release, online recruitment and guidance and consultation to ensure timely, authentic and efficient information release. Hold all kinds of campus job fairs at all levels, so that there are special sessions every week and large-scale ones every year.
