Can disabled people be security guards?

You can't. According to the information stipulated in Article 16 of the Regulations on the Administration of Security Services, China citizens who have reached the age of 18, are in good health, have good conduct, and have a junior high school education or above can apply for a security guard certificate and engage in security services, while disabled people do not meet the relevant health regulations, so they cannot be security guards.
