Just arrived in Jinan, we were greeted by a week of military training. Training process:

The first month of study is mainly to familiarize yourself with relevant knowledge and learn safety regulations. The daily life arrangement is very substantial, from morning exercises to evening self-study. We understand the main responsibilities of substation operation and safety education in substation work area by watching videos. Let us know the responsibilities and scope of our future positions. The most important thing is the safety requirements of the substation work area. Through safety study and watching cases, we fully realize the importance of safety in electric power work and improve safety vigilance. At the same time, we also learned the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment through computer operation. Using the learning software developed by State Grid Technology Research Institute, we can learn all the equipment of primary, secondary and line transformation one by one, and give us the most basic and full understanding from the aspects of theory, structure and maintenance.
Theoretical study is often not enough. The State Grid Institute of Technology has specially arranged on-site cognitive practice of substations for us, so that we can achieve "integration of knowledge and practice". During the five days in Zaozhuang Power Supply Company, we visited and operated two 1 10KV substations respectively. We learned the function, structure and working principle of primary and secondary equipment from the site, and conducted relevant operation drills on the premise of ensuring safety, which benefited a lot. We also trained in basic electrician skills, basic safety skills and climbing operations. As a member of State Grid Corporation, pole climbing is a basic skill. From this day's training, under the patient guidance of the teacher, we all mastered the most basic skill of climbing pole. There is also the training of electrician's basic skills and safety skills, and I have learned some basic skills such as electric shock first aid, fire fighting and wiring. As front-line employees of power companies, they may be shocked at any time. Learning electric shock first aid is not only responsible for yourself, but also for others. Fire fighting is not only necessary at work, but also in life.
In the next four months, we officially began to learn the professional knowledge of substation operation. The first month is to fill in the operation ticket manually. Under the careful explanation of part-time teachers in provincial companies, I studied the switching operation of lines, buses and main transformers in 10kV, 1 10kV, 220kV and 500kV voltage grading systems, found the existing problems through my own handwritten operation tickets, and corrected them, so that I had the process and precautions of switching operation tickets.
Next month is work permit, termination, secondary circuit and relay protection. Substation operators, as licensors of working tickets, should have a complete understanding and understanding of the permission and termination of working tickets. First of all, we should check the wrong working ticket with problems, so that we can clearly understand all the permitted tasks of the working ticket, then fill in the blank working ticket and arrange comprehensive and reliable safety measures for maintenance and test work, from which we can exercise our rigorous working ideas and serious working attitude. Through the study of switch, circuit breaker, voltage transformer, current transformer and transformer cold control secondary circuit, we can complete the understanding and principle analysis of some secondary circuits, among which the most impressive one is the transformer cold control secondary circuit taught by teacher Cao Dong of Xiangfan Power Supply Company. For the complicated secondary circuit diagram, Mr. Cao Can divided it into parts, explained it step by step, and finally unified analysis, which made us have a clear understanding of the seemingly complicated secondary circuit diagram of transformer cold control and our future secondary circuit. Through the study of microcomputer protection for lines, buses, transformers, capacitors and transformer substations, I understand the protection principle and configuration of various power equipment, among which the line protection and reclosing device taught by teacher Li Wei of Zaozhuang Power Supply Company impressed me the most, which made me have a new and clearer understanding of the principle of line high-frequency protection and reclosing device. Through this month's study, I got a preliminary understanding of the professional knowledge of substation operation related majors (permission and termination of working ticket in coordination with maintenance test, secondary circuit in coordination with relay protection, and microcomputer protection principle), which paved the way for future work.
The next month is equipment exception handling, accident handling and patrol. By analyzing the anomalies and accidents of switches, knife switches, transformers, transformers and DC systems, the corresponding anomalies and accidents are handled to ensure the safe and stable operation of power equipment. At this time, the substation operators are required to carefully observe and record in the usual equipment inspection, actively report and correctly handle the anomalies or accidents found, and minimize the losses as much as possible. Dealing with accidents is also an important part of testing the comprehensive ability of a substation operator, but for us newcomers who have just come into contact with this job, there are still many places to learn and master, and we need to accumulate more experience. Equipment inspection is the most common work we come into contact with at work. To seriously practice what you have learned in your work, you need to accumulate considerable experience in dealing with anomalies and accidents, so that you can cope freely and successfully complete future tasks.
The last month is to use simulation software to switch the brake. This software vividly simulates the environment of a substation, and all parts can simulate related operations from primary to secondary, which provides a good learning foundation for us to contact field equipment in the future. It is very safe, so that we can study fully. Firstly, the switching treatment of 10KV line is studied. Through the study, I can skillfully stop the transmission line, deal with special situations in operation, and master the switch of 10KV trolley and the switching of the line in various situations. Familiar with the basic principle of station power switching and related knowledge of capacitor protection. The last stage mainly focuses on the operation and accident treatment of 10KV bus. At this stage, I mainly learned to judge and deal with some accidents that may occur in the substation. After the teacher's careful explanation and my hard practice, I can handle various accidents independently and skillfully on the simulator. The next part is the research of 220KV and 500KV. The switches and lines of 220kV Xinglong Station are from operation to maintenance, from maintenance to operation, and the buses are from operation to maintenance and from maintenance to operation. The switch of 500kV Taishan Station is also from operation to maintenance, and from maintenance to operation. By the way, learn about the signal analysis and operation steps related to accident handling, so that we can have a clear and in-depth understanding and understanding of the accident handling we have learned before, which will benefit us a lot.
Not only that, during the training, we studied the courses of UHV power grid and new technology of power grid, which made us understand the most advanced state of power grid development in the world today and the development trend and direction of power system in the world today. We also studied the principle and application of primary equipment in power system, such as transformer, high voltage circuit breaker, transformer and so on. The systematic study of these primary equipment makes up for our lack of study in school. We also studied the secondary systems and equipment, such as relay protection and automatic devices, secondary circuits, station AC and DC systems. Learning and mastering this knowledge has laid a solid foundation for our future work. Through the study of these courses, it greatly makes up for the lack of study during college, because these courses are taught by experts and scholars from the front line of production from a practical point of view, focusing on practice; At the same time, it also has certain theoretical depth and strong practicability.
In the process of learning, the teacher asked us to draw the wiring diagram completely, complete the operation ticket, and be able to operate completely, just like in the actual work on the spot. In the process of learning, we are equally serious, because we all know that switching operation is the most important and basic operation. In the study, we often discuss communication and help each other, and we can get timely guidance and help from teachers in the key and difficult points of study, so as to quickly grasp the learning content. Although the training and study are compact and substantial, State Grid Technical College has arranged a lot of rich after-school life for our students, which has enabled us to grow physically and mentally.
