Guangzhou Panasonic Electric Wanbao Electric Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 as a joint venture between Japan's Matsushita Electric Group, a Fortune 500 company, and Guangzhou Wanbao Group Co., Ltd., a Fortune 500 company in China. It has more than 2,000 employees. Due to production needs, the company recruits a large number of production workers (general workers) and QC inspections. The requirements and benefits are as follows:

Parts forming and processing, coating and printing, product assembly, product packaging, material distribution, QC inspections, etc. Position, able to stand for long periods of time (approximately 10.5 hours maximum per day, with multiple breaks in between);

5-day, 8-hour work system, other times will be counted as overtime, and overtime pay will be paid according to national regulations; Overtime pay is calculated at 1.5 times normal wages, and overtime work on Saturdays and Sundays is calculated at 2 times normal wages. Overtime pay during holidays will be calculated at three times the rate. Generally, we work 2.5 hours of overtime in the evening from Monday to Friday, in two shifts, and change shifts every two to three weeks.
