2. ICBC (get preferential treatment)

I turned down the first bank on my own initiative, but the interview was rejected, because there were too many offers from the bank and the Agricultural Bank of China started working too late, which led to many people already having offers. 7. Poly Real Estate

There is no written test, so you can talk to the financial manager directly through the entrance of the school. I feel that the corporate culture of Poly Real Estate is very poor, which is just my own opinion. Rejected both sides.

Many people may not know about this company. Actually, I didn't know at first. It is a real estate company. In Sanyuanqiao, the company is not small, and the corporate culture industry is very good. 10, Minmetals group (the last place to work)

Entering Minmetals Group is also a very lucky thing. I have invested in three central enterprises, Chinalco, CNNC and Minmetals. Chinalco is very bad and has not responded. CNNC sent me a rejection letter, which was euphemistic, but I am very grateful to CNNC. At least they read my resume in detail and replied to me. I like CNNC very much.

As a large-scale central enterprise, Minmetals Group is rarely known by fresh graduates, so there are many opportunities, which is similar to entering a university as a new year. Central enterprises are still very popular. I think there is still room for development in at least 20 years. At present, enterprises are selected, one is central enterprises, two are state-owned enterprises (including banks), three are foreign enterprises and large private enterprises, and four are not mentioned.

In fact, the interviews of central enterprises are similar, but what attracts me most is the corporate culture of Minmetals, which is really the best place for me among all the enterprises I have been to. Maybe my vision is not wide, but the corporate culture really didn't say. Moreover, Minmetals is the most disciplined enterprise among central enterprises. Unlike many people like PetroChina and Sinopec, Minmetals relies on resources for a living. I agree with Minmetals very much. As a central enterprise, we should do our duty!

At least now, I don't regret my choice. Of all my proposals, I may not earn the most, but I am very happy at work. Central enterprises are also working overtime, and they are very nervous at present, but I like the present environment very much. Many young leaders of Minmetals came up by virtue of their strength. I can see the future and I believe I will be here in the future.
