When did Dalian Lianhai Academy begin to have a lecture hall for Chinese studies?

Dalian Lianhai Academy was founded by Mr. Zhang in 2003. After the completion, a lecture hall on Chinese studies was opened. Lianhai Academy was moved to Donggou Tourist Area, Shihe Street, Jinzhou by two quadrangles in Jinzhou (one was built in the early years of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty and the other in 1930s) according to the original technology, scale and raw materials.
