To put it simply, the job of logistics scheduling is if you have 10 vehicles on hand, how do you arrange those vehicles to pull goods every day. This requires you to have a good understanding of your vehicle, route and vehicle loading conditions. This job is not as troublesome as you think. First understand the approximate loading capacity (number of cubic meters or weight) of all the vehicles you have on hand, then understand your customer’s goods situation (what kind of goods, what kind of vehicle is needed), and allocate the routes. Okay, whatever car runs on which route, just contact the driver and arrive at the designated place at the time designated by the customer. Think simply, speak simply, no problem!
