Such personnel are in high demand, especially in the mold industry, and are very popular and receive high remuneration. Second, CNC machine tool maintenance and repair personnel: master the mechanical structure and electromechanical joint debugging of CNC machine tools, master the operation and programming of CNC machine tools, and be familiar with the characteristics, software and hardware structures, PLC and parameter settings of various CNC systems. Proficient in mechanical and electrical debugging and maintenance of CNC machine tools. The demand for such personnel is relatively small, but cultivating such personnel is not easy and requires the accumulation of a lot of practical experience. It is currently in short supply and their remuneration is also relatively high.
3. Golden collar level: CNC generalists who possess and are proficient in the comprehensive knowledge required by CNC operating technicians, CNC programmers and CNC maintenance and repair personnel, and have accumulated a lot of practical experience in actual work. The knowledge is very broad. Proficient in the mechanical structure design of CNC machine tools and the electrical design of CNC systems, and master the electromechanical joint debugging of CNC machine tools. Able to complete the selection of CNC systems, design, installation, debugging and maintenance of CNC machine tool electrical systems by themselves. Able to independently complete CNC transformation of machine tools. They are sought-after talents in enterprises (especially private enterprises) and their remuneration is very high.
