I don’t know the employment situation in logistics management, but I think it should be pretty good. But I still know social work very well, because I graduated from Anshi University with a major in social work and am now working as a social worker in Shenzhen. The development of social work in mainland China, especially in the Pearl River Delta region, is very rapid. It is very similar to that in Hong Kong. There are many contacts with social workers, the future is bright, and the road is tortuous. At present, when society does not understand the social work industry very well, it is even more necessary for us to create and develop the field of social work. After graduation, social workers can work in a wide range of fields, including communities, schools, and various government departments (those without establishments, of course). Currently, they mainly rely on social work organizations such as the Social Work Service Co., Ltd. to provide employment platforms. This year, the social work major of Anqing Normal University has recruited 100 people, compared with 60 people in the past. This shows that the country's social work industry is entering a period of great development and deserves attention. The development of social work in the Mainland is relatively lagging behind, and there is a lot of room for development.
