First, the internal management system is integrated and reconstructed, which improves work efficiency. The school takes grade as the most basic and important management unit, and explores the flat management mode of "principal-grade" in practice, which greatly reduces the intermediate transmission links and makes the work more in place and faster.

The second is to strengthen school-based training and shorten the professional growth cycle of teachers. Our school takes "grinding course" as the carrier and vigorously strengthens school-based training. This kind of training has high frequency, low cost, less time consumption, wide coverage and strong pertinence. At the same time, overseas training has been further strengthened, and the training expenses have increased by more than 50% in the last three years.

Third, the implementation of the "three-self" management model has cultivated the ability of independent management. We realize that the ultimate goal of moral education is to complete the transformation of students from passive control to active promotion, so we have formulated the implementation measures of "three ones" management in Huidong Middle School. This way liberates teachers as much as possible, improves students' self-management and communication skills, and enriches and perfects the student evaluation system in our school.

Fourthly, taking scientific and technological innovation as the stimulating point has promoted students' quality education. Under the guidance of the spirit of the national scientific literacy action plan, our school decided to take science education as its school feature, and achieved remarkable results in the Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition and robot contest, and many works won provincial awards. 20 12 August, as the only county school in Guangdong province, our school selected 10 students to participate in the "20 12 National Science Camp for Young College Students" jointly sponsored by China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education, and won the first place in many activities.
