Which district does Hongdao belong to?

"Hongdao belongs to Chengyang District of Qingdao, formerly known as Yindao. Located in the north of Jiaozhou Bay, Chengyang District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, it is an island in Jiaozhou Bay. Later, the seawall in the north of Hongdao was completely connected with the land and became a peninsula. Now it is a part of the northern part of Jiaozhou Bay in Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
