Will DJI Huifei become a new choice for UAV training?

DJI formally established the Unmanned Aerial System Training Center (UTC). Huifei Training Center will launch drone training courses for various industries, and students who pass the exam will receive certification certificates. "Huifei Certification" will become a globally recognized UAV application skill certification system. Huifei Training Center focuses on the application of UAV industry, providing all-round training such as introduction to flying hands, advanced industry and equipment maintenance. At present, the center has set up flight courses and maintenance courses for agricultural plant protection machines, and will also launch training courses in the fields of energy, security, search and rescue, and industry in the future. Huifei Training Center, headquartered in Shenzhen, has branches in Beijing, Nanjing, Chongqing and Jining, and will expand to major cities in China in the future. At present, the temporary headquarters of Huifei Training Center is located in Longgang District, Shenzhen, equipped with a number of multi-functional classrooms and a flight training ground of 10000 square meters, which can meet the requirements of large-scale training. The curriculum of Huifei Training Center pays attention to professionalism. In addition to UAV plant protection, it will also set up professional subjects such as aerial infrared measurement, UAV inspection, UAV search and rescue, advanced aerial photography, UAV software development, and UAV system integration. Theoretical courses include industry-specific knowledge, UAV structure and principle and flight regulations, while practical courses include UAV maintenance, aircraft damage assessment and flight operation.

The course content of Huifei is closely related to industrial application. For example, students majoring in agricultural plant protection should not only learn to operate and maintain drones, but also learn about the main pests and diseases of crops, common pesticide formulations, application techniques, operating specifications and other knowledge. Huifei is the only UAV school in the world that offers courses based on professional applications.

The teaching staff of Huifei Training Center consists of DJI professional technicians and external experts from universities, and the teaching materials in professional fields are entrusted to universities to ensure the authority and professionalism of teaching. The relevant assessment is organized by General Aviation Branch of China Air Transport Association and Aviation Service Education and Training Committee of China Adult Education Association. Examination questions, examination methods, examiners, invigilators and examination rooms are all managed by trade associations, which avoids the disadvantages of "self-study and self-examination".
