According to the "Hubei Province 2009 Announcement on the Selection and Transfer of Students and the Examination and Recruitment of Civil Servants", here are the relevant notes on the review of interview qualifications for the selection, transfer and examination of civil servants in our city. The announcement is as follows:

1. Interview qualification review time

Sunday, May 24, 2009, 8:00 to 18:00 all day

2. Interview qualification review location

Xiaogan College Recruitment Hall (first floor east of the college library, Admissions and Graduate Assignment Office).

3. Candidates participating in the interview qualification review should provide the following supporting materials.

(1) 08-09 fresh graduates: written examination admission ticket, "Hubei Provincial Civil Servant (Refer to Management Staff) Examination Registration Recommendation Form" (stamped with the official seal of the school), ID card, student ID card ( Graduation certificate, degree certificate), 3 photos that are the same as the written examination admission ticket.

(2) Other personnel with more than two years of grassroots work experience: written examination admission ticket, "Hubei Provincial Civil Servant (Refer to Management Staff) Examination Registration Form" (stamped with the employer's consent to apply, self-employed (Except for professionals), ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, household registration book (collective household registration is not required), relevant materials that can prove work experience and years (such as employment contract or employer-related certificates), the same photo as the written examination admission ticket 3 sheets.

(3) Candidates who participate in the national "Western Plan" to gain extra points and apply for the position of prosecutor in the People's Court and the Procuratorate must provide the "Western Volunteer" service period expiration assessment certificate and the judicial examination certificate respectively and relevant supporting materials.

(4) Original documents required for the recruitment position.

3. Other matters needing attention

(1) If the main information in the relevant materials is untrue, his or her interview qualification will be cancelled, and among those who have passed the written examination, they will be ranked from high to low. Supplementary.

(2) If candidates have objections to the reexamination results, they can report it to the provincial, municipal, or civil servants authorities.

(3) After the list of candidates for interview qualification review is announced, candidates who have entered the qualification review are asked to take the initiative to contact each recruitment department and pay attention to the information released on the Hubei Personnel Examination Network and Xiaogan Personnel Network.

(4) During the qualification review, interview, etc., the recruitment departments are unable to contact the candidates, and the candidates do not take the initiative to contact the recruitment departments, and fail to participate on time, they will be treated as abstentions.
