The automatic stamping line of Nanjing Factory is the first high-speed automatic stamping production line of Volkswagen Group and China. It consists of 1 2 100T and 5 1200T presses, 7 cross-bar manipulators, 4 KUKA robots and a high-speed destacking system. The maximum punching times of this line are as high as 15 times per minute, and the actual maximum number of parts that can be produced per minute.

The paint workshop of Nanjing factory adopts new environmental protection paint technology, and adopts a large number of frequency conversion control technology, bus control technology and robot automatic gluing and painting technology, with a total of 128 robots to ensure paint quality to the greatest extent.
