Does anyone know about ZTE’s NC certification? How useful is it?

I had the same idea as the third floor at first. I thought these certifications were meaningless. But then I worked in the communications industry after graduation and found that it was not what everyone said.

It wasn’t until the company sent me to study at Zhongxing Shenzhen that I changed my mind. The company sent me to study at ZTE for about 30,000 yuan. ZTE's own certifications include elementary, intermediate, advanced, and expert levels. The certification training fee for intermediate certification is 20,000 yuan, which is the registration fee and training fee. The key thing is that only the junior certification is open to the outside world. The intermediate and advanced certifications are only open to cooperative companies and not everyone can take the exam. Those who get the intermediate certification are basically at the project manager level. Therefore, outside companies attach great importance to intermediate and advanced certifications when recruiting, and the remuneration is also very good. A monthly salary of tens of thousands is the minimum standard. I found that the NC certification teaching content in our school is basically the B-level training content certified by ZTE itself, which is the level of intermediate certification. Of course, the NC certification we got in the end was definitely the junior NC certification. In other words, what we only paid 600 yuan to learn is what an outside company would have to spend 20,000 yuan to train employees.

First, some students said that I don’t want to find a job in communications. In fact, schools, majors, and systems are not designed for one person. If you don’t want to study communications, why did you apply for communications in the first place? You have to follow the rules when you come.

Secondly, I feel that the certification course is the course I study most seriously and the course I gain the most from. Maybe it’s because of the money paid. Of course, compared to the money paid for external training, this money is simply child’s play.

Thirdly, the certified course content is the content of ZTE’s own B-level training, which will be of great help to those who engage in the communications industry in the future. I found that our company has many undergraduates, such as Southwest University, major and important Post, the communication major is not as good as mine. Maybe it’s because our junior college and undergraduate courses are different. They focus on research and development, while ours is engineering. Many times they still ask me. We have basically been exposed to the knowledge that the company needs to use in school and have seen the equipment. Of course, the school's current equipment seems a bit backward. Maybe it's because the equipment is too expensive. New communication equipment only comes out in half a year, and it's too damn expensive.

Fourth, there are many communications certifications out there, including those from ZTE, Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Cisco. These are enterprise certifications, and the prices range from a few thousand to ten thousand yuan. If you want to take the test yourself, you can, but you must first measure whether you have a lot of money.

Fifth, as far as I know, ZTE and Huawei’s certifications are issued to outsourcers, operators, and engineering companies. ZTE and Huawei’s own employees do not need to take this certification. My brother and sister said that people at ZTE don’t even know about it. That’s possible, but to say that certification is useless is because they absolutely don’t understand the communications industry.

Sixth, don’t even think about joining ZTE and Huawei as a researcher or the like. Without a graduate degree and you are in 211, 985 and several major post and telecommunications universities, it is basically impossible. How much do you weigh? Two, you still don’t know? Generally speaking, college-level students like us are mostly engaged in agency maintenance, equipment maintenance and other work. There are many jobs available for girls, too. So at this time, you need to adjust your mentality. There is no food you picked up, but you can achieve success through hard work.

Terminated, if you want to engage in communications, you can still study the school courses well. There are still some people at our level who are doing well, some with a monthly salary of tens of thousands, and some with a monthly salary of more than 1,000. When you go out to hang out, you only have to enter the door. How well you hang out depends entirely on your own ability.
