Those who pass the preliminary examination shall be submitted to the Municipal Public Rental Housing Authority for review; Inform the applicant in writing of the unqualified products and explain the reasons.

3. review. City public rental housing authority shall put forward examination opinions within 7 working days from the date of receiving the preliminary examination materials. Qualified publicity; Inform the applicant in writing of the unqualified products and explain the reasons.

4. publicity. Applicants who pass the review will be publicized on the public rental housing information website, including income, housing and other related information, and the publicity time will not be less than 7 working days. If there is any objection to the publicity object, the Municipal Public Rental Housing Authority will accept the real-name report and complete the verification within 10 working days. If the objection is established after verification, it shall inform the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.

5. Waiting. After publicity, if there is no objection or the objection is not established, the applicant can inquire at the Beijing Public Rental Housing Information Network or the application point. During the waiting period, if the applicant's work, income, housing and family number change, he should take the initiative to submit written materials to the original application point in time and re-examine his qualifications.
