2. Outsourcing personnel (represented by dispatch contract)

In fact, the relationship between such personnel and China Mobile is that between Party A and Party B. According to the contract signed between China Mobile and Party B, Party B sends personnel to work in China Mobile. 3. Formal contract workers (manifested as labor contracts)

Employees sign labor contracts with China Mobile. Because China Mobile has no so-called preparation, its contract does not need to be filed with the Personnel Bureau, so it is a formal contract, but it is not a preparation contract. Employees enjoy the normal salary stipulated in the contract, various welfare subsidies and performance bonuses, and there are many opportunities for promotion.
