After the written test, I had an interview the next day. I usually asked questions about my previous work, my own situation, or my understanding of the company. Anyway, the questions I asked involved my understanding of the company and other professional knowledge. I even said I didn’t know. For operators, one interview is usually enough. For some types of work, such as information management, there will be two interviews. It’s basically the same as one interview, but the location and interviewer will change.
