Article 9 When the labor service contract expires, the contract will be terminated naturally. If continued employment is required, the contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement.

1. Party A’s rights and responsibilities

9. Party A has the right to conduct daily management of Party B in accordance with Party A’s management system. If Party B’s personnel violate Party A’s management system, Party A has the right to impose penalties.
2. Party B’s rights and responsibilities
1. Party B must ensure that at least 2 people work in Party A’s kitchen. Party B’s personnel must be skilled in ensuring food quality and food hygiene and safety.
2. Party B must do a good job in cost control in the kitchen, meet Party A’s requirements, and ensure adequate food supply for employees. (Party B is responsible for supplying daily meals in good quality and quantity. In summer, breakfast is at 8:30 in the morning, lunch at 13:00, and dinner at 20:00. In winter, breakfast and lunch are postponed by half an hour, and dinner is advanced by half an hour. 3. The dishes, rice, noodles, oil, eggs and other food required in the canteen will be borne by Party B. cost.

5. Party B should do a good job in food hygiene. If Party B’s management problems cause food poisoning to guests or are punished by the epidemic prevention department, the loss will be borne by Party B; if Party A’s kitchen fire is caused by Party B’s management problems, this responsibility will be borne by Party B. and losses shall be borne by Party B; Party B must strictly abide by the safety operating procedures and ensure safe production. If injuries occur due to illegal operations, not only will no expenses be reimbursed, but Party B will also be held accountable.
6. Party B’s personnel must abide by Party A’s management system. 9. Party B shall charge meal expenses in accordance with the government canteen food charging standards on a regular basis. The food expenses shall be used as the daily expenses of the canteen. Three meals a day must be prepared according to the weekly recipe.
10. Party B shall complete each temporary reception task according to Party A’s requirements.
11. Party B shall not fail to provide meals on time without any reason.
12. Party B will have one day off every Saturday under the condition that Party A’s employees have normal rest (Saturday and Sunday rest), and have normal meals on Sunday. Party B is not allowed to take vacations when the work is busy. That is: Party B is responsible for providing normal meals to Party A’s cadres and employees when they go to work.
13. If the fixed assets of the canteen are lost or damaged for no reason, Party B will be responsible for compensation according to the price.
14. If both parties terminate this agreement, Party B must wait until Party A finds a chef before resigning, otherwise Party B will be responsible for all consequences.
3. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation between the two parties. If a labor dispute occurs, Party A and Party B shall resolve it through negotiation.
