Full-time government firefighters: work for 2 days (24 hours a day) and rest 1 day. Full-time government firefighters implement paramilitary management mode and enjoy 5- 10 days of rest every month. According to the length of service, you can enjoy paid annual leave of 15-45 days or more every year.

Firefighters of the national team: If they cannot leave their posts in advance within five years (including the on-the-job training period) or leave their posts in advance without justifiable reasons, they will not be allowed to participate in the recruitment (employment) of national public officials in the future and will be recorded in the citizen credit information system.

If you resign after five years of work, you can get a state subsidy of 220 thousand yuan. After working for 12 years, you can enjoy government resettlement benefits, enter (central enterprises and institutions) and get a one-time subsidy of more than 600,000 yuan.

Full-time government firefighters: The employment contract is signed once every three years, and they can choose to terminate the contract during their work, which is not included in the credit information system.
