Annual examination of builder's certificate

The annual examination time of general certificates is two years, and expired certificates are invalid without annual examination.

Basic knowledge requirements of the builder:

(1) Basic knowledge of projection, architectural drawing standards, recognition of architectural engineering drawings, and overall representation of architectural structure construction drawings;

(2) Basic performance of building materials, cementing materials, concrete, mortar, wall materials, building steel, waterproof materials and other building materials;

(3) Basic concepts of statics, plane force system balance, basic concepts of material mechanics, internal force diagram of beam, stress of beam, deformation of beam and stability of compression bar;

(4) Overview of building structure, reinforced concrete structure, masonry structure, steel structure and seismic knowledge of building structure;

(5) Concept of construction organization, flow construction, network planning technology, and construction organization design of unit project.

Requirements for professional knowledge of construction personnel:

(1) Earthwork construction technology, hoisting technology, scaffolding technology, foundation treatment and pile foundation construction technology, reinforced concrete construction technology, prestressed concrete construction technology, masonry construction technology, steel structure industrial plant structure installation technology, waterproof construction technology, decoration construction technology, high-rise building construction technology, seasonal construction;

(2) the operation of total station, the basic method of calibration, the measurement of construction control network, the positioning and setting-out of civil buildings, the positioning and setting-out of industrial buildings, the measurement in construction and the installation and measurement of components;

(3) Technical and economic analysis of time limit for a project management, construction quality management, construction safety management and construction organization.
