The state takes measures to encourage and guide graduates to find jobs in remote areas, hard industries and other places where talents are badly needed by other countries.

"Interim Provisions on the Employment of College Graduates" Article 10 The main responsibilities of the employer

Submit the graduate demand plan to the competent department in time and provide demand information to relevant institutions of higher learning;

Participate in supply and demand meetings and two-way selection activities, truthfully introduce the situation of the unit and actively recruit graduates;

Receive and arrange graduates according to the employment plan issued by the state;

Responsible for the management of graduates during their probation;

Feedback the use of graduates to relevant departments and schools.

Twenty-second supply and demand meetings and two-way selection activities are important ways to implement the employment plan for graduates. Ministries and local departments in charge of graduates' employment are responsible for managing and organizing the supply-demand meeting and two-way selection activities of graduates' employment in their own departments and regions, and other departments may not hold trade fairs and job fairs focusing on graduates' employment. The above-mentioned activities held at the provincial level shall be reported to the State Education Commission for the record, and related activities held across provinces, regions and departments shall be reported to the State Education Commission for examination and approval.

Normal graduates are employed in the education system in principle;

Directional students and entrusted students are employed according to the contract;

Under the guidance of the national employment policy, school graduates who implement the reform of "merging enrollment" choose their own jobs within a certain range;

Graduate students are employed within the service scope stipulated by the state;

Other types of graduates are employed according to the relevant provisions of the state.
