Inspection items and standards for diaphragm slitting machines

The safety operating procedures for film slitting machines mainly include the following points:

1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch (set in front of the electrical control cabinet), press EMERCENCY STOP RESET and READY TO RUN Press the button and key to open the MACHINE and go to RUN (main console) to check whether the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.

2. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the air inlet pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) and check whether the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0bar) and stable.

3. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system are correct and stable.

The method of using the slitting machine is to adjust the blade gap according to the thickness of the material to be cut; adjust the template or clamp according to the width of the material to be cut; do this 1-3 times before operating the cardboard slitting machine The shearing work can only be carried out after the idle stroke is normal.
