I was lucky enough to be given an interview opportunity

But unfortunately, the interview time was 1:30 pm

On the day of the interview, the Auchan I interviewed in the morning was going to interview with MSD in the afternoon

What was even more unfortunate was that it was the first heavy snow in Beijing that day. Everyone knows that that moment can be fatal

In order not to be late, I took a taxi in the morning. I was earlier than HR. Fortunately, everything went smoothly and I got out at 10 o'clock. Normally, one and a half hours is enough to reach Jianguomen

For the sake of safety, I chose to take a taxi, but that day was really unlucky. The road was blocked by heavy snow and the car couldn’t move. In the end, the TAXI master even stopped timing the time and calculated the price as 100.

I thanked one after another and rushed to the company

But when I arrived at Merck, I was still 15 minutes late

I quickly apologized to the lady at the front desk and explained the situation. I saw that the door to the interview room was not closed when I arrived.

But the lady refused to let me in because I was late for the last 5 minutes and the door closed and the interview started< /p>

I was ruthlessly rejected

First of all, it’s up to me to do this. I’m late and I should bear all the responsibilities.

But I look at it from another angle. Thinking about it, this company lacks human touch

At least in the reception aspect

Being strict under normal circumstances and being so strict under normal circumstances cannot be praised as the rigor of the system

If you work in an impersonal company, you may not be able to fully display your talents
