How is the progress of Guluo Baishui Thermal Power Plant?

The current progress of the project is the construction preparation stage.

According to "Social Stability Risk Assessment of 2× 1000MW Coal-fired Power Generation Project in Miluo, Shaanxi Province, Public Participation Information Publicity".

The preparation plan for the project construction is from March 2024 to September 2024 (6 months), the civil construction will start in September 2024, and the unit will be put into production on February 2, 20261October1unit.

According to the Environmental Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No.4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), "Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment of 2× 100 MW Coal-fired Power Generation Project in Miluo City, Shaanxi Province" was carried out, and this information is now made public for the first time.

The enclosure of the power plant covers an area of 39.32hm2, and the ash yard covers an area of 1 1.80hm2: The construction projects in this phase include thermal engineering, combustion pulverizing system, ash removal system, flue gas desulfurization system, flue gas denitrification system, coal conveying system, electrical system, water treatment system, instrument control system, information system, water supply and drainage system, ash storage yard, auxiliary engineering and site coordination.
