The landlord's question is too vague because the scope of the catering industry is too wide. It can be a five-star hotel or a restaurant. Of course, their specific requirements are different. Here is a brief introduction ~ I don't know if I can help the landlord.

First, the star hotel:

1. Generally, my height is required to reach 165cm (female) and 175 (male).

2. College diploma (graduated from related industries, such as hotel management, interpersonal relationship, public relations, etc. )

3. Fluent in Mandarin (foreign language is preferred, generally referring to English)

4. The age is between 18-25. If you are a middle or senior manager, you can relax the conditions appropriately.

5. It is also very important that relevant work experience generally requires more than two years.

Landlord: These are simple questions, and there are some random questions, which may not be all asked.

1. Where did you work in the past? What is your salary? Why don't you do this?

2. Your evaluation of past organizations.

3. What do you think of the catering industry? Do you have any ambitions to develop in this industry? If yes, please briefly describe your plan below.

4. Why did you choose our hotel? What valuables can you bring to our hotel? Please dictate.

5. What is your expected position and salary? If we put you in other positions, can you do well? If our salary can't meet your requirements, will you do it? Why?
