I participated in Kingdee’s campus recruitment at school on October 27 this year. After the interview, I was told that it would be before mid-November (I told some students In early November, anyway, the same meaning) give notice.

I received a call from Kingdee headquarters at noon on November 17, saying that it had been approved and asked me if I would sign the offer. I guess this is the legendary phone offer.

He called me again that night and told me that there would be an interview with an agency in a few days to determine the place of work and so on. I asked when it would be, and I was told that it would be signed in December in just a few days, and that I should wait for notification at any time.

There was no notice by early December, so I sent an email to ask about the recruitment process. The reply said that I would be notified again before mid-December, and that someone would contact me by phone then. Sorry for the long wait.

The strange thing is that I called this morning to confirm when the notification of signing the contract would be sent out, but they actually said that they thought I was not suitable after another review, and they did not call me to inform me. He also said that recruitment in Wuhan has ended and there will be no more places.

I asked several people around me who also received phone offers for implementation positions, but none of them received any notification. Could this be the legendary collective deception?

Although the telephone offer has no legal effect, the company did not notify us of its unilateral intention to cancel the employment. Is this behavior considered very unkind? disappointment! I am speechless!
