Sun Zhenyao, Executive Chairman

Mr. Sun Zhenyao has served as Chairman of HiSoft International Group since March 2008. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Sun served as executive president of HP China and global vice president of HP. Before the merger of HP and Compaq, he served as executive director of HP China from 2000 to 2001. From 1991 to 1999, he served as the general manager of the Computing Systems Division of China Pratt & Whitney Corporation. Mr. Sun joined HP Taiwan in 1982 as a system engineer and held various sales management positions from 1983 to 1990.

Mr. Sun holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Chung Yuan University in Taiwan.

Zhequn Lu, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Zhequn Lu has more than 20 years of experience in global marketing roles at top IT companies. Before joining HiSoft, Mr. Lu served as executive vice president of Hewlett-Packard China, where he was fully responsible for HP's large-volume service business operations in mainland China and Hong Kong, including technical services, integration, outsourcing and consulting.

As a successful leader, Mr. Lu has demonstrated a strong ability to help companies achieve new growth models, greatly increasing the value held by shareholders. Mr. Lu served as CEO of Vanda Systems & Communications Holdings Limited, where he led the company to become a technology flagship through the acquisitions of Hutchison Global Communications and PowerCom. Prior to joining Vanda, Mr. Lu served as executive director of Asia operations for Internet Capital Group and CEO of Cap Gemini Group Asia Pacific.

Mr. Lu initially worked for IBM and then joined Lotus Consulting Asia, where he held a number of senior management and sales positions in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Lu Zhequn graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering.

Lin Xingjun, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Lin Xingjun joined HiSilicon in 2004 as head of the strategic planning department. Over the past few years, Mr. Lin has been involved and played an important role in the company's core operational activities, including corporate acquisitions and mergers, as well as the integration of the company's business.

Mr. Lin’s career began in 1996 when he joined the Boston Consulting Group, where he gained extensive experience in international businesses as well as strategic development and transformation management. After seven years at BCG, Mr. Lim used his outstanding industry expertise to join the financial advisory services department of Southern Bank Berhad in Malaysia and became the strategic director responsible for corporate expansion.

Mr. Lin holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Li Jinsong, Executive Vice President

Mr. Li Jinsong worked for Kawasaki Heavy Industries for 5 years and joined HiSoft in 1997 to manage Japan business. Mr. Li presided over the establishment of JBDK, a joint venture between hiSoft and JBCC Japan, in Japan in 1998, and in 2002 presided over the establishment of hiSoft (Japan), a wholly-owned subsidiary of hiSoft in Tokyo.

Mr. Li graduated from Dalian Maritime University majoring in computer application.

Mr. Sun Yongji has extensive experience in the IT industry and international corporate management, and is a veteran in this industry. He is not only an outstanding leader but also a pioneering entrepreneur. Mr. Sun has held senior positions in many giant companies. He has held various management and technical positions in ASCII Corporation in Japan, NEC Corporation in Singapore, Sun Microsystems Corporation in the United States and Lotus Corporation.

Mr. Sun was also the founder of Lotus (China) Company and was fully responsible for the management of the R&D center of Lotus (China) from 1994 to 1988. From 2000 to 2003, he founded and served as CEO of New World Science and Technology Network Company.

In addition, Mr. Sun founded Beijing Tianhai Hongye International Software Company from 2003 to 2006 and served as CEO. After the merger, he joined HiSoft International Group Corporation as senior vice president, responsible for product engineering services business. .

Gene Tsai, Senior Vice President, Packaged Solutions Services

Prior to joining HiSoft, Gene co-founded Envisage Solutions in 2000 and served as the company's CEO. Gene leads Envisage in providing high-quality services to many Fortune 1000 companies, driving the company's rapid growth. Prior to founding Envisage, Gene served as European CRM Executive Director at TEQ International and Product and Financial Services Manager at Accenture. Gene graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Wang Jiuchang, Senior Vice President, responsible for government affairs

Mr. Wang Jiuchang graduated from Dalian Maritime University (now Dalian Maritime University) with a bachelor's degree in naval engineering. After graduation, he served as the vice president of Dalian Maritime University and obtained a master's degree in international economic law. Before joining HiSoft, Ivan served as Director of Microsoft Solutions Asia Pacific and Japan at Dell, responsible for the regional strategy and growth of Dell's solutions business. He began his career at Lotus, part of the IBM Software Group, and held various consulting and management roles before founding an Internet services-focused company. Following this, Ivan joined Avanade (a division of Accenture) as Director of Infrastructure Services Asia.

Shan Bai, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Alliance Partnerships

Yasuhiko has more than 15 years of working experience in the IT industry and has extensive IT and Business process consulting experience. Prior to joining hiSoft, he headed consulting services at Japan Unisys Business Consulting. Prior to Japan Unisys, he spent 13 years at Accenture in financial services. His client philosophy is to not only provide solutions to clients' problems, but to proactively help clients move forward by leveraging his experience and technology in financial services and consulting. After graduating from college, Yasuhiko worked for a general company in Japan.

Yasuhiko graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering, Kyoto University, Japan.

Faye Tan, Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Faye has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in sales and delivery team management in the IT industry. During her 7 years at IBM, she was responsible for managing the financial services business and also accumulated rich regional experience. Over the years, she was responsible for the management of delivery operations and teams in countries including Thailand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Faye also has extensive project management experience, especially in application and system integration projects, and has begun to lead the design and establishment of complete network solutions for large enterprises.

Bai Yu, Senior Vice President, responsible for strategic accounts

Bai Yu joined HiSoft as Vice President in December 2007 and is responsible for leading HiSoft’s sales team to develop sales business , Improve performance, including sales forecasting, promotion and sales process control of target customers.
