Although the interview is a two-way choice, enterprises need to make their own choices.

If you can't find the reason yourself, I suggest asking the interviewer directly when the interview fails. Ask more questions and get more answers, and you will know yourself better.

Increase confidence. In any case, no matter how many failures we have experienced, every interview is a new beginning, which needs us to face with stronger confidence.
In fact, interview failure is not a big deal at all, even if it fails hundreds of times, it is really just a pediatrician compared with the situation in the workplace for decades. There is no absolute fairness in the workplace, only constant adjustment, adaptation and strength are the key.
