Tianxi Holding Group was established in August 1996. It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating cooking utensils, kitchen appliances, aluminum, door industry, textile machinery parts, real estate and import and export trade. Products are sold to more than 80 countries and regions around the world.

Tianxi Group has five holding subsidiaries and four production bases. There are R&D centers, sales centers, supply chain management centers and human resources centers in Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Lishui respectively.
