Process

Alloys are easy to be cold-worked and hot-worked. The process is similar to austenitic stainless steel. The initial forging temperature is 125℃, and the final forging temperature is 98℃ for heavy forging and 87℃ for light forging. The welding performance of the alloy is good. Inert gas metal welding and inert gas tungsten welding can be used. The alloy or alloy with similar composition is used as filler, and the filler metal should ensure that the weld has the same oxidation resistance as the matrix. If the alloy slowly passes through the temperature range of 54-76℃ during heating or cooling, carbide will easily precipitate, which is unfavorable to the performance of the alloy. In order to avoid carbide precipitation, it must be cooled quickly after solution treatment.
