1. The scope of enjoying the salary and benefits of community neighborhood committee staff

The wages and benefits listed in this opinion are available to the full-time staff of various community neighborhood committees in the urban area of ??Hangzhou (excluding Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District), including the directors, deputy directors and members of the community neighborhood committees. Establish a full-time secretary of the community party committee to implement the salary and welfare standards for the director of the community neighborhood committee.

2. Contents and standards of wages and benefits

The wages and benefits of urban community neighborhood committee staff include basic salary, bonus benefits, subsidies and social insurance payments. Partial composition.

(1) Basic salary

The basic salary of community neighborhood committee staff is set in three grades. Among them: the principal of the community neighborhood committee (community party committee secretary and director) is 850 yuan per person per month, the deputy (deputy director) is 750 yuan per month, and the full-time member is 700 yuan per month.

(2) Bonuses and welfare standards

Bonuses and welfare fees for financial subsidies at the urban and municipal levels shall be included in the annual budget of neighborhood committees at an annual per capita standard of 3,200 yuan. In addition to supplementing the insufficient community construction funds, the labor income obtained by the community through services to the residents is allowed to use part of the after-tax income to reward community neighborhood committee staff, but the total amount should be controlled within 2,000 yuan per capita per year. The distribution of bonuses should be graded based on the performance of community neighborhood committee staff and residents' comments. The community neighborhood committee will propose a distribution plan and submit it to the sub-district office for approval.

(3) Subsidy (allowance) standards

The subsidy (allowance) for community neighborhood committee staff includes price subsidies, medical subsidies, heatstroke prevention and cooling fees and national holiday extra (value) There are four items in the class fee.

2. Medical subsidy: 35 yuan per person per month;

1. Basic pension insurance: paid at 22% of the total salary;

2. Unemployment insurance: paid at 2% of the total salary;

3. Several issues in the implementation of the new standards

(2) The specific standards stipulated in this opinion will be implemented from July 1, 2002.
