How long does it take for Dongguan Memory Technology to become a full-time employee?

The longest is not more than half a year. According to the Labor Contract Law, the longest probation period for employees shall not exceed half a year, and the length of employment shall be determined according to the term of the labor contract. If the term of the labor contract is more than three months but less than one year, the probation period shall not exceed one month; if the term of the labor contract is more than one year but less than three years, the probation period shall not exceed two months and six months.
