Scope of implementation: Applicable to full-time team members and full-time clerks who have been openly recruited by the Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade based on establishment vacancies and signed a contract with the Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade. Staffing and Position Settings Wusheng County’s full-time fire brigade currently has 82 members and 12 clerks. (1) The salary of full-time government firefighters consists of basic salary, allowances and bonuses

1. Basic salary. Full-time government firefighters implement hierarchical management, with job levels ranging from high to low, ranging from one to eight. The basic salary standard implements "one level and multiple grades", with several salary grades for each level (see Part 1 for details).

2. Subsidy. It consists of job (position) allowance and on-duty training allowance. (1) Position (position) allowance. If one person holds multiple positions or posts, and there is no duplication of benefits, the position (position) allowance standard will be determined accordingly. When the position (position) changes, the allowance standard for the position (position) corresponding to the new position or position will be implemented starting from the month after the appointment and dismissal authority issues the notification document for adjustment of the position or position. Individual performance is assessed based on year-end assessment results.

(2) The salary of fire clerks consists of basic salary, on-duty training subsidies, and bonuses

2. On-duty training subsidies. Based on the actual situation in Wusheng County, the standard for fire clerk duty training subsidy is 40 yuan/day, and is implemented based on the actual number of duty days in the month. In principle, it shall not exceed the number of legal rest days in the month.

Level 1, those who have working experience as commanders and fighters of the national comprehensive fire rescue team will determine the basic salary according to level 2 of Level 7; commanders and fighters who have more than 2 years of working experience in the national comprehensive fire rescue team before joining the job, and who meet the relevant employment requirements after assessment, may not be employed. probationary period.

Fire Clerk. Fire clerks are assessed and recruited by the Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade. Those who pass the trial and sign a labor contract will be signed. After formal employment, the basic salary is generally determined according to the first grade. Among them: Those with a full-time bachelor's degree (including double bachelor's degrees) and corresponding degree certificates are classified as junior level 4; those with master's degrees and above and obtained corresponding degree certificates are determined as intermediate 1; retired military personnel are determined as junior 3, The basic salary for commanders and fighters with working experience in the national comprehensive fire rescue team will be determined according to the junior level 4; commanders and fighters with more than 2 years of working experience in the national comprehensive fire rescue team before joining the job will not be subject to a probationary period if they meet the relevant employment requirements after assessment. If the above-mentioned personnel and those who are already on the job meet multiple conditions at the same time, the basic salary level will be determined. If you meet the relevant employment requirements after assessment, there will be no probation period. Welfare benefits: During the working period of government full-time firefighters and fire clerks, units and individuals pay social insurance and housing provident funds in accordance with national regulations. The personal payment portion is withheld and paid by the Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade from their salary income. Full-time firefighters and clerks enjoy relevant leave policies in accordance with national regulations. National legal holidays and public holidays adopt a rotating leave system. Rest and vacation times are arranged by the Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade in accordance with relevant regulations. A special working hour system is implemented, and teams are stationed 24 hours a day at work. The full-time fire rescue team is managed in accordance with the quasi-military disciplined team, and the full-time firefighters and clerks implement a living supply system. The living cost standard is based on the national comprehensive fire rescue team implementation of 29 yuan per person per day. This plan will be implemented from January 1, 2022. The funds required for annual salary standards are included in the budget at the beginning of the year.
