The qualification examination is the responsibility of the recruiting unit and its competent department, mainly focusing on the conditions for entering the examination (including professional, academic qualifications, degree, age and other conditions). In the first half of 2023, the qualification examination materials of institutions directly under the municipal government in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province are as follows:

(1) Original and photocopy of my valid resident ID card.

(2) The originals and photocopies of relevant certificates required for graduation certificates and other positions. Graduates of the class of 2023 who fail to obtain a diploma at the time of qualification examination shall produce the original certificates of departments, educational levels and majors issued by the employment department of school graduates, and whether they meet the qualifications, degrees and majors of the positions they apply for in the end shall be subject to the academic qualifications, degrees and professional names contained in the valid diploma or degree certificate obtained at the time of graduation.

Returned overseas students should issue a certificate of academic degree certification issued by the Ministry of Education. Please log in to the column of Academic Degree Certification of China Study Abroad Network (www.cscse.edu.cn) and follow the relevant requirements and procedures. If the majors studied by overseas students during their study abroad are not listed in the catalogue of disciplines and majors promulgated by the national education administrative department, they can be recognized as third-party majors according to relevant regulations, and those who are recognized as similar to the majors required by the recruitment positions are regarded as qualified.

(3) grassroots work experience's certificate and other relevant original documents are 2 years or more, and the time is calculated as of March 8, 2023.

(4) Candidates who are officially employed by government agencies and institutions must be approved by the organization and personnel department (unit) with personnel management authority (Annex 4); Commissioned and directed graduates must go through the formalities of agreeing to enter the examination at the original commissioned and directed unit. If it cannot be provided, it will not be approved.

(6) Applicants with postal code of 20231010, 20231013, as well as retired soldiers with relaxed age, must also show their original enlistment notice and certificate of discharge from active service.
