Leadership:
First of all, I would like to thank the center for providing me with this opportunity to compete for employment. I came to work in the center on 1 1 August and have been working for more than half a year. Half a year's outbound work has experienced a variety of projects and has rich work experience in outbound posts. After the training of our company and leaders, as well as the study in daily work, I feel that my ability has also been significantly improved. I think I have the ability to be a foreman. If I am lucky enough to succeed, I will repay the expectations and trust of the leaders with practical actions.
Let me talk about my understanding of the position of foreman and one of my management methods and measures:
First of all, I think the foreman position is an indispensable part of the unit leadership framework, a link and bridge between leaders and employees, and plays a connecting role, that is, executors and managers. From the executive's point of view, the foreman should seriously convey some instructions and tasks of the leader to each employee and feed back the information to the leader. As a grass-roots manager, he should use his personal ability to solve detailed problems, so that employees can better complete tasks for the company.
Management methods and measures:
First, considering that being a new foreman will inevitably lead a new team, first of all, I will set a goal for my team (for example, we will get the third place in the team within three months), so that every team member can make clear the goal in our group, work together and make progress together!
Second, we will accurately convey the company's rules and regulations and the performance of each project to employees, and we will ask for peace and supervise each employee to do it in strict accordance with the company's regulations!
Third, communicate and understand with each team member to pay attention to their mentality, because everyone comes from different places, and their work experience, background and future work goals are different. Only by knowing each team member can we carry out diversified management according to each person's own different situation, because some people are not sales geniuses, and some people don't know anything. These just depend on our attitude towards work, which we often encounter in telemarketing. Or we don't listen to the introduction. If we have a positive attitude, we will let the telemarketers face this situation calmly and make the voice sound full of vitality. If we have a negative attitude, we will feel more and more heavy work pressure. What's more, most of the people we are recruiting now are fresh graduates, so maybe telemarketing is totally out of line with their major. What's more, most people now look down on sales because of conceptual problems. So either I don't work hard, or I want to change my job and look for a job for three or two days, which also wastes our company's financial resources and manpower. Because training also costs money, I will focus on the mentality of new employees when they first join the group, so that everyone can face their future work with a good attitude!
Fourth, their daily work.
There are roughly three points in the working data:
1, the daily online call duration, this data is the most basic, it can reflect the working attitude of employees, because no matter what their working ability is, as long as they work hard, there will be no big gap with large teams.
2. The number of effective outgoing calls per day, that is, the number of customers contacted. This data shows the efficiency of employees and fully reflects whether the language is incisive and concise.
3. The number of successful bookings per day. This data can show the marketing skills of employees. In the training course, I also learned to observe the work of employees through the team performance analysis chart, which is based on the above three aspects. However, the factors most likely to affect employees' job performance are employees' work attitude, work status and work skills. The foreman needs to know which part of the team members has problems in time through some data, and guide them to solve them, so that his team can finish the work better.
2) I will monitor the real-time recording when the project is called out, record the highlights and problems, and share the recording during the afternoon meeting, so that everyone can absorb the highlights in the recording and apply them to practical work, point out the problems, discuss and analyze them together, and give effective solutions. And follow up!
3) Report the work of the day at the party, summarize the difficult problems encountered in online outbound calls all day and the reasons for customers' refusal, and analyze them one by one. If the customer refuses because of wrong knowledge points or lack of marketing skills, then the knowledge points, marketing skills and dialogue skills of this project will be trained. If it is because our products are not attractive to customers, we will dig up customer needs and record them, and feed them back to the higher authorities, which will lay the foundation for the matching of project data and customer base in the future, and also help the later marketing.
4) Diversified management mode, because each team member's problems will be different. Common problems are solved together, and individual problems need to be treated differently, and targeted help and management are needed.
1, I have established a work record form, the contents of which are not only normal work records, but also clearly written when recording the main work contents, which will enable the person filling out the form to make a rational analysis of the day's work. 2。 Conduct a log exchange once a week, and the participants will be grouped. There are now 12 people in our group, and a group of four people discuss it collectively. In addition to daily work experience, we should also discuss whether everyone's work diary is correct in attitude and understanding, which is positive and which is negative and should be eliminated. And the team with the most correct attitude will be announced at the end of each month, and our tour fee will be rewarded accordingly. The purpose is to tell everyone that if the work attitude is correct, the enterprise will reward it.
3。 Establish a mutual aid award. In each group discussion, the group members should take notes and grade the colleagues who participated in the discussion and actively put forward their ideas and opinions. This result can be published and it is also an important basis for improving management. Because the most important idea of managers is to make their teams better.
4。 At the end of each month, each sales team will adjust their mentality according to their own logs. The benefits are mainly concentrated in two aspects. One is to train salespeople's language skills. At present, employees often leave their jobs in some groups. 1, spending more time communicating with team members can greatly improve employees' satisfaction and professionalism.

3. In communication with employees, we should fully affirm their achievements in time and express our appreciation for their work. This not only expresses our affirmation of employees' achievements, but also expresses our love for employees, and unconsciously satisfies employees' self-esteem and strengthens their confidence in their work.
4. Let employees understand the goals in the group. Let them know what expectations the group will achieve in a certain period of time, and let employees understand the purpose and significance of their work.
5. Provide training and promotion opportunities for employees. Because no one wants to call it a lifetime, everyone is pursuing self-improvement and transcendence, and realizing value-added in the flow. Six, knowledge reserve, skills upgrading

When we receive a new project, we can fully explain and analyze the content of the project like a training specialist, solve the difficult problems of the project, and identify the risk points and quality inspection standards of the project like a quality inspector.
Sales performance is the lifeblood of an enterprise, and the team that can create excellent sales performance is what the company expects. If you want to improve your performance, you must be results-oriented and truly create value profits for the company. First of all, we need to improve our business knowledge.
