Pay attention to temperature, pressure and time when stamping. If the stamping quality is good, it is necessary to choose gold foil with good thermoplasticity to match the stamping machine. For example, the effect of flat stamping and rolling stamping is different, plus appropriate temperature, pressure, holding time and other factors. The importance of pressure depends on the hardness and surface texture of the material being ironed. For materials with smooth or soft surfaces, light pressure can be applied, while for rough or hard materials, higher pressure can be applied. Flat stamping machine is the synchronous stamping of the whole paper.

The wind throat machine converts linear pressure into flat pressure; Roller press is similar to the line pressure of offset press. It is recommended to use the shortest time and hot stamping to produce good results. If the time is too long, the gold foil and hot stamping paper will be damaged, and the flash foil will become matte foil. When using a rolling hot stamping machine or large-area hot stamping, the pattern to be hot stamped should be aligned with the printed pattern.
