Xianju talent apartment conditions are as follows:

1. Applicants must be all kinds of talents listed in the catalogue of high-level talents in Xianju County, including those with master's degree or deputy senior professional and technical post qualifications (or senior technicians) and engaged in professional and technical post work (paying social security in Xianju).

2. Managers and highly skilled personnel are in urgent need of wage subsidies for talent introduction.

3 in the introduction of national, provincial "key contact", the city's "500 elite plan" experts as deputy general manager of the enterprise or above.

4. The applicant must sign a labor (employment) contract with the employer for more than 3 years.

5. The applicant and his spouse and children living together have no personal property in Xianju County, and have not enjoyed the housing reform and affordable housing policy (those who have applied for housing subsidies are regarded as not enjoying the housing reform policy) and the talent purchase subsidy funds (room tickets).
