According to the Notice on Printing and Distributing issued by the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (ZZ [2008]18) and the Notice of the General Office of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government on Forwarding the Opinions of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and other six departments (ZZ [2007] No.24), the relevant matters concerning the selection and transfer of full-time college graduates to work in the village in 2008 are hereby announced as follows:

I. Number of employed persons, positions and duration

(1) Number of recruits. In 2008, open selection 12000 full-time graduates from ordinary colleges and universities went to work in the village.

(2) Selecting and appointing posts. College students mainly serve as deputy secretaries, assistant directors and group cadres of village documents or party organizations.

(3) employment period. The employment period is 3 years. After the expiration of the employment period, I can continue to be employed voluntarily if I pass the examination.

Second, the application conditions

(1) Graduated from full-time ordinary colleges and universities from 2006 to 2008, with college degree or above. For those who apply for Ganzi, Aba and Liangshan, the conditions are relaxed to all kinds of college education or above who graduated before the end of July 2008 (the education of candidates from three States can be relaxed to technical secondary schools) and people under the age of 35.

Third, the application procedure.

(2) Online registration (July 25-August 3): The registration for this exam is all conducted by online registration, and there is no on-site registration. The registration website is Sichuan Personnel Examination Network.

Candidates must carefully read the announcement of applying for the exam, log on to Sichuan Personnel Examination Network from July 25th 10:00 to August 3rd at 24:00, then register according to the network prompts, truthfully and accurately fill in the Information Form of Sichuan Province's Selected College Graduates Working in Villages, and upload recent bareheaded digital photos (in jpg format, less than 16KB) on the relevant pages of Sichuan Personnel Examination Network as required. Applicants can only choose one township to register, and cannot register with both old and new ID numbers. The ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. At the time of registration, applicants should carefully read the letter of commitment of good faith and truthfully submit relevant information and materials. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, cancels the examination or employment qualification, and all losses caused by it shall be borne by himself.

(3) Preliminary qualification examination (July 25th-August 5th): After the candidates register, each city (state) shall organize the personnel department to conduct preliminary qualification examination and photo quality inspection online according to the information provided by the candidates, and put forward audit opinions within 2 working days after the candidates register. (5) Print the admission ticket (August 25th-August 29th): Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and paid the fees successfully should log on to the relevant pages of Sichuan Personnel Examination Network from 9:00 on August 25th to 24:00 on August 29th, 2008, and print the admission ticket according to the network prompts; Candidates who do not have the printing conditions can hold their valid identity documents to the city (state) personnel examination institutions for printing. Four. Inspection and physical examination

According to the number of recruitment plans in each township, the personnel department of the city (state) organization department determines the interview candidates from high score to low score at a ratio of 2 times, and publishes them on the above website and the personnel departments of counties (cities, districts) from September 1 1 to September 15.

(3) Qualification review and interview (September16-September 17): All counties (cities, districts) organize personnel departments to review the qualifications of candidates and organize interviews. The interview score accounts for 40% of the total score; For those who apply for Ganzi, Aba and Liangshan, the interview score accounts for 50% of the total score. Candidates are required to provide their ID card, the original graduation certificate (work permit), and the information form of the village employment of college graduates selected and transferred from Sichuan Province in 2008. (3) College student cadres who have completed the transfer of village officials to apply for civil servants of party and government organs and staff of public institutions, who have worked for 1 anniversary, will get 2 points for their total test scores, and 3 points for being rated as excellent by the organization and personnel departments at or above the county level, and will be given priority under the same conditions.

(4) All college student cadres who have completed their work in the village and applied for a master's degree enjoy the same preferential policies as the "Three Supports and One Support" plan, the "College Students Volunteer Service in the West" plan and the "Hundred Talents of Social Workers" plan.
