1. Scope and objects of introduction

The introduction of talents mentioned in this announcement refers to the introduction from outside the administrative area of ????the county. 3. Qualifications

(1) The introduced talents must meet the following conditions:

1. Political conditions: support the party’s line, principles and policies, and be politically Be firm and reliable, abide by national laws and regulations, and have good conduct and professional ethics;

2. Physical condition: be physically and mentally healthy, and have the physical condition to perform the job duties normally;

3. Educational qualifications , degree, professional title, major and other conditions: If you meet the job qualifications, those who have returned from overseas studies must have the corresponding academic degree recognized by the Ministry of Education;

4. Age conditions: All positions have master's degrees or have intermediate professional skills The age for professional titles is no more than 35 years old (that is, born after March 1, 1988); for doctoral candidates or those with associate senior professional and technical titles, the age is relaxed to 45 years old (that is, for those born after March 1, 1978); those with full senior professional titles For personnel with technical professional titles, the age is relaxed to 50 years old (that is, born after March 1, 1973).

IV. Introduction Procedure

The talent introduction procedure is based on registration, qualification review, examination, physical examination, inspection, publicity, and employment.

(1) Registration and qualification review

1. Online registration.

Online registration is available from the date of announcement. The registration time is as of 17:30 pm on March 8, 2023. Applicants can log in to the Huaihua Personnel Examination Network (year, and the employer will assess the talents through the year-end assessment) It will be cashed out in 5 years (after enjoying the first-time home purchase subsidy, you will no longer enjoy the rent-free treatment for housing). Those who fail the assessment will have their housing subsidy canceled for the current year and will be borne by the county's special funds for human resources development.

Those who continue to stay in Jingzhou after the service period expires and the housing subsidy has not been fully paid can continue to be paid on an annual basis. Those who leave Jingzhou with less than 5 years of service must return the housing subsidy they have already enjoyed.

(3) Living allowance.

Living subsidies will be provided to introduced talents, which will be paid by the employer after the talents pass the year-end assessment. Those who fail the assessment will have their living allowances canceled for the current year. The standards are as follows: 60,000 yuan per person per year for talents with senior professional and technical titles, and Ph.D. Talents with graduate students or associate senior professional and technical titles are entitled to 48,000 yuan per person per year, national first-level athletes or master's degree talents are entitled to 36,000 yuan per year, national second-level athletes (top eight in provincial competitions), "double first-class" undergraduate bachelor's degree or intermediate Professional and technical talents receive an annual subsidy of 18,000 yuan per person, and non-"double first-class" undergraduates receive an annual subsidy of 6,000 yuan.

The issuance period is 3 years and will be borne by the county’s special funds for human resource development.

(4) Spouse placement and children’s schooling.

For introduced talents whose spouses are civil servants, public servants, public servants and belong to the cadre management authority of our county, if arrangements need to be made, corresponding arrangements will be made within the establishment; those who do not have a fixed job will be actively recommended. If their minor children need to attend school in our county, they can choose any public school within the county to apply for admission.

(5) Other guarantees.

A subsidy will be issued to rural talents during the probation period. The payment standards shall be implemented in accordance with relevant documents. After working in the township for three years, those with outstanding performance may be transferred among non-public institutions in the county. .
