3. Feeding and management. Hedgehogs are omnivores and are extremely adaptable. Insects, rats, aquatic products, snakes, frogs and other small animals, as well as various livestock and poultry meat, offal, etc. are all its favorite foods. Its plant-based feeds include corn, dried melons, bran, etc. These feeds can be fed alone or in combination. A little salt should be added when feeding, and the feed should be added once every evening for feeding at night. Generally, small hedgehogs are fed about 25 grams of food per day, medium hedgehogs are fed about 50 grams per day, and large hedgehogs are fed about 100 grams per day.
