1, synchronous construction of Xiangshan tunnel in A5 bid section.

On September 23rd, 20 1 1, the left and right tunnels of Xiangshan Tunnel, which was built by China Railway No.1 Engineering Group, were excavated smoothly at the same time. Xiangshan 1 Tunnel is one of the key control projects in A5 Bid Section. The tunnel is a separated tunnel with small clear distance between upstream and downstream, with a length of 745 meters. The length of the right-hand tunnel is K55+720, which is located in a big mountain torrent ditch and two small mountain gullies. After the project department entered the site, it actively communicated with the owner and designer, coordinated the land acquisition, and invited tunnel experts to the tunnel entrance for guidance many times. In the construction management, the owner's standardized construction concept of "promoting the project progress with standardized construction, and embodying standardized construction with the project progress" runs through, rationally organizing, scientifically planning, and efficiently allocating resources such as personnel, machinery and materials, and resolutely winning this tough battle of the tunnel.

2. The A3 contract section of Fuji Expressway successfully completed the pouring of the first capping beam.

On the afternoon of September 25th, the left capping beam of pier 6 of Xufang Viaduct in A3 contract section was successfully poured. The capping beam construction belongs to aerial work, and the construction technology requirements are also very high. Under the supervision and strict requirements of AR2 Resident Office, A3 Contract Section has made a detailed construction plan according to the requirements of standardized and standardized construction before construction, made safety technical disclosure, and implemented the construction site one by one according to the requirements of the construction plan. The supervisor of the resident office carefully inspected the steel bars from the initial stage of production and installation, and tracked the template installation, thus avoiding the occurrence of rework and ensuring the smooth progress of capping beam construction. Safety ladders were made at the construction site, and the operators consciously wore safety helmets and safety ropes. The whole pouring construction process is orderly.

It is understood that Fuji expressway passes through the hinterland of Jiangxi Province, and is connected with Fuzhou to Yinchuan expressway in the east. The project connects Fuzhou and Ji 'an, and it is a large horizontal passage connecting Haixi Economic Zone in our province. The construction of this project is of great significance for improving regional traffic conditions, strengthening inter-regional interaction and cooperation, promoting the development of resources along the route and the coordinated development of economy and society, and strengthening the ties between Jiangxi Province and Fujian Province. After completion, it will become a large horizontal channel connecting Jiangxi Province and Haixi Economic Zone. In order to improve the traffic conditions in Yongfeng, Lean, Yihuang and Chongren counties in central Jiangxi, the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government have planned to build a new Fuzhou-Ji 'an expressway.

After the completion of Fuzi expressway,

First, Fuzhou and Ji 'an, two prefecture-level cities in central Jiangxi, can be more closely linked. The road starts from Fuyin National Road in the east, reaches Daqing to Guangzhou National Road in the west, and connects with expressway through Changfu to Ji 'an. Its completion has added a fast and convenient connecting line to two national key highways in the hinterland of Jiangxi, shortening the mileage from Fuzhou to Ji 'an by more than 40 kilometers.

Second, it can improve the traffic conditions in Yongfeng, Lean, Yihuang and Chongren counties. Yongfeng, Le 'an, Yihuang and Chongren are the hinterland counties in central Jiangxi Province, but they have become one of the few counties in the province without roads, especially Yongfeng, which has neither national roads nor railways, and the traffic is extremely backward. The completion of this highway will greatly improve the traffic conditions in Yongfeng, Le 'an, Yihuang, Chongren and other areas, and help to improve the expressway network in Jiangxi.

Third, it can greatly promote the economic and social development of Yongfeng. Yongfeng is the hometown of Ouyang Xiu, one of the eight masters in Tang and Song Dynasties. It was the main battlefield of the Red Army against the first "big encirclement and suppression". The territory is rich in red, green, ancient and blue tourism resources.

There is a famous natural cave "Daxianyan" in Jiangnan, which is a must in Jiangnan.

Yongfeng is one of the top 100 forestry counties in China, with a forest coverage rate of 70.6%. It is the first batch of pollution-free vegetable production demonstration base counties in China and is known as the "hometown of peppers in China";

It is a strong pharmaceutical county in Jiangnan, and four pharmaceutical companies in the county have passed GMP certification, "Meiyuanchun" and other well-known brands;

It is a limestone resource county in central Jiangxi, and will soon start construction of a rotary kiln cement project with an annual output of 4 million tons.

Due to the limitation of traffic conditions, Yongfeng's rich resources cannot be effectively developed and utilized. The completion of this highway can improve the traffic conditions of Yongfeng, optimize the investment environment of Yongfeng, and promote the rapid development of regional economy along the route, especially Yongfeng economy, which will play an important role in the rise of Jiangxi in the central region.

Fourth, it can shorten the time and space distance between Ji 'an and the Yangtze River Delta. After the completion of the highway, Ji 'an can quickly enter Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai and other places through Fuzhou, and the central part of Jiangxi has closer ties with the Yangtze River Delta. The capital and technology of the Yangtze River Delta can radiate to the inland of Jiangxi, promote the industrial upgrading and development of counties and cities along the line, and play a very important role in strengthening the ties between central Jiangxi and the Yangtze River Delta.

Fifth, the traffic volume is large and the economic return is good. Fuzhou-Ji 'an expressway runs through central Jiangxi, across two cities, two districts and five counties, connecting Fuzhou to Yinchuan, and the anniversary to expressway, Guangzhou, which can attract traffic between the east and the west. According to the preliminary calculation, the traffic volume of this project is estimated to be 32,000 vehicles/day, with great economic benefits.
