Some people can't help asking, why don't these excellent tutors go to public schools as teachers?

One of the main reasons is that if you can't pass the unified recruitment examination for teachers, you can't become a public school teacher. In other words, except for some special circumstances, teacher recruitment is the only way to become a public primary and secondary school teacher. A teacher's knowledge level, teaching ability and his examination ability are not necessarily related. Therefore, it is inevitable that some people with excellent knowledge and good teaching ability can't pass the teacher recruitment examination and become formal teachers in public primary and secondary schools. This situation is regrettable, but it is also a relatively frequent situation. Therefore, some people who love education and have strong teaching ability can only choose to be teachers in extracurricular remedial classes.

I don't like the working atmosphere in public schools. In addition to the above situation, there is another situation, that is, some people love teaching and have the ability to pass the teacher recruitment examination, but they don't like the atmosphere of public schools, so they choose to be teachers in extracurricular remedial classes. This situation is not uncommon.

In fact, the atmosphere of public schools is very different from that of extracurricular remedial classes. Teaching in extracurricular remedial classes, as long as the teaching is good and the results are achieved, there is basically no other pressure. But being a teacher in a public school is different. In public schools, besides teaching good books, there are also pressures and constraints from other aspects, such as regular school meetings, which are responsible for students' daily lives.

In a word, being a teacher in a public school needs to spend more time and energy on things other than teaching. Being a teacher in extracurricular remedial classes is relatively simple, without too many rules and regulations, and it is a working atmosphere that many young people like. Therefore, some people who have strong teaching ability and love teaching will deliberately choose to be teachers in extracurricular remedial classes, so that they can realize their dream of teaching without being too bound, which can be said to be the best of both worlds.

Giving up teaching in public schools for high income, although the treatment of teachers has been improving, the price and cost of living are increasing day by day. Many public school teachers can barely make ends meet, let alone have excessive economic capacity. But being a teacher in an extracurricular tutoring class may be different.

Of course, this does not mean that the income of being a teacher in extracurricular remedial classes must be high. However, there is an undeniable fact, that is, as a teacher of extracurricular remedial classes, as long as you are competent and diligent enough, it is not difficult to earn more than 10 thousand yuan a month. It is too difficult for teachers in public primary and secondary schools to earn more than 10 thousand yuan a month. Many young people are self-motivated, and they hope to earn more income through their own efforts, which is also an important reason why many people choose to be teachers in extracurricular remedial classes instead of public schools.
