I. Application conditions

According to the Regulations on Nurses (Order No.517 of the State Council) and the Measures for Nurses' Professional Qualification Examination (Order No.74 of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), those who have completed general full-time courses in nursing and midwifery in secondary vocational schools and institutions of higher learning for more than three years, including clinical nursing practice in teaching and general hospitals for more than eight months, and obtained corresponding academic certificates may apply to participate.

Each test center should strictly examine the candidates' registration qualifications, and it is strictly forbidden for those who do not meet the registration conditions to take the test.

Second, registration management.

The municipal health and health commission under the jurisdiction of each province organizes the registration work within its jurisdiction; Counties (cities) directly under the jurisdiction of the province shall register at the test sites in cities under the jurisdiction of the province, and provincial and central units stationed in Henan shall register at the test sites in Zhengzhou according to the principle of territoriality.

(5) Print the admission ticket. For the candidates who print the admission ticket unconditionally, the test center can use the batch print admission ticket function to print the admission ticket for the candidates.

Three, the examination method, examination time and examination subjects

In 2022, the nurse qualification examination was conducted by man-machine dialogue, and the examination time was April 23-24, 2022, with one round every half day. All localities should reasonably choose the examination rounds according to the number of applicants and the number of machines.

All localities should actively obtain the support and cooperation of local power supply, transportation, security and other departments to provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of the computer examination.

(7) The examination management organization of the test center can log in to the examination management system on April 13, download and print the Candidate Sign-in Form for invigilation. Before the implementation of the examination, each test center should print the examination room arrangement table and the examination room seat table through the examination management system and post them at the entrance of the examination room to identify the examination room and seats.

(eight) each test center should train invigilators, invigilators and patrol examiners in the relevant provisions and working procedures of the examination, especially in the computer examination process and related requirements.

(nine) the handover of computer testing projects should strictly fulfill the handover procedures. After the handover, it must be stored in the confidential room immediately. Each test center and the provincial health examination center should conscientiously implement security measures to ensure that there are more than two people on duty 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of special items for examination. (10) Participants in the examination shall abide by the relevant provisions of the State Secrecy Law, perform the duties of invigilating, invigilating and patrolling the examination in strict accordance with the examination management regulations, maintain the order of the examination room, earnestly strengthen the management of candidates' mobile phones and other communication tools, and raise their awareness of preventing high-tech cheating.

(11) The examination management institution of the test center shall, in accordance with the computer examination workflow issued by the test area, urge the computer examination institution to do a good job in the installation and testing of the pre-test system, supervise the introduction of the examination paper information on the day of the examination, and arrange for each round of candidates to take the examination smoothly.

V. Recovery of Computer Test Items and System Unloading

(1) After the examination, the examination management organization of the test center will pack the computer test items such as the backup CD of the candidate's answer information, the CD of the test paper information and the backup CD, the USBKEY and the binding record sheet of the examination room according to the order of the examination room, fill in the computer test item recycling sheet (test center), and send it to the provincial health examination center by special car within 48 hours after the examination.

(2) The provincial physical examination center should carefully check all kinds of items when recycling computer test items at each test center, and fill in the computer test item recycling (test area). The USBKEY of the computer examination institution is kept by the provincial health examination center, and other computer examination items can be kept by the talent exchange service center of the National Health and Wellness Committee by confidential mail or express delivery.

(3) After the examination is over and the uploaded data is confirmed to be complete and correct by the Talent Exchange Service Center of the National Health and Wellness Committee, the test center shall supervise all computer examination institutions to delete the computer examination data within 24 hours and uninstall the computer examination system.

Sixth, disciplinary action.

Each test center should complete the disciplinary treatment before May 9th, and input the disciplinary information into the examination management system. The provincial health examination center should complete the examination of the candidates who violate the discipline before May 10, and report the handling opinions of the candidates who violate the discipline to the talent exchange service center of the National Health and Wellness Committee in the form of official documents. The information of the candidates who violate the discipline in the application documents must be consistent with the information in the examination system.

Vii. announcement of results

The talent exchange service center of the National Health and Wellness Committee will publish the examination results on China Health Talent Network (www.2 1wecan.com) within 45 working days after the examination. Candidates can download and print the report within the specified time, and those who pass the exam must download and print the certificate within the specified time.

Eight, the examination fee

According to Henan Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission's Notice on Adjusting the Charging Standards of Three Examination Standards for Health Professional and Technical Qualification Examination (No.40 [2017]), each person receives 60 yuan for each subject, that is, 120 yuan.

Each test center and provincial health examination center should strictly implement safety measures in accordance with the relevant confidentiality provisions, strengthen the management and education of secret-related personnel, strengthen the control of security and confidentiality processes, and focus on the management of transportation, storage, distribution and recycling of special items for examinations.

(3) In order to ensure the smooth progress of the computer examination, the Talent Exchange Service Center of the National Health and Wellness Committee will carry out the training, assessment and simulation exercise for system administrators in early March 2022, and the specific arrangements will be notified separately.
