Personnel eligible for bonus points include:

1. Comply with the "Notice on Forwarding the Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (Fujian Human Development [2006]) of the former Fujian Provincial Department of Personnel No. 10) retired soldiers, retired athletes, etc. who meet the extra point conditions specified in the regulations.

2. In line with the "Fujian Provincial Civil Service Bureau, Fujian Provincial Human Resources Development Office, Fujian Provincial "Three Supports and One Support" Office, regarding further improving the employment of college graduates participating in the "Three Supports and One Support" program and other grassroots service projects. "Notice on Policies" (Min Renfa [2009] No. 221) provides for grassroots college graduates who have expired and passed the assessment.

Applicants who have been recruited (employed) as civil servants or staff of public institutions by enjoying various preferential policies will no longer enjoy the preferential policies. In addition to the bonus points that can be calculated cumulatively according to the provisions of Min Renfa [2006] No. 10, if the applicant has multiple different qualifications for bonus points at the same time, the project with a higher bonus score will be used for bonus points.

The list of bonus points will be published on the People’s Government website for 7 working days. The extra points will be included in the candidate's original written test score converted into a hundred-point system. The candidate's written test score and ranking will be based on the extra points.

Applicants who meet the policy requirements for bonus points for written examinations of public institutions should pay attention to the relevant notices on the People's Government website and go through the application procedures for bonus points as required. Specific matters such as materials, conditions and submission required for applying for extra points will be notified separately.

If the applicant is not a civil servant at the time of registration, but becomes a civil servant during the probation period after registration and before employment, his or her qualifications for the examination or employment will be cancelled.

Incumbent personnel must obtain the approval of the department with approval authority before applying. When reviewing the qualifications of in-service personnel, they should provide proof of consent to apply or agreement to terminate the employment contract issued by the department with personnel management authority.
