I don't know where you are in Sichuan. Is there a direct flight to Ruili, Yunnan? If not, go to Kunming by car or plane first. Take a bus from Kunming West Railway Station to Ruili (Kunming to Ruili fare 250 yuan). You can also fly from Kunming to mangshi (800 yuan-1200 yuan), and then take a taxi from mangshi Airport to Ruili City or Gao Jie Duty Free Zone (the fare is 45 yuan/person, starting from four people).
