According to the spirit of the Implementation Plan for Post Setting and Appointment Management of Beihang University (No.KLOC-0/5 [2008] of Beihang University) and the Measures for Open Recruitment of Non-teachers of Beihang University (No.72 [2006] of Beihang University), combined with the post requirements to be supplemented in 2009 reported by various units, it is decided to announce the first batch of management posts. Second, the scope of recruitment

The scope of this open recruitment is: graduates with master's degree or above in 2009; The personnel approved by the school personnel working group and those waiting for posts in the school are detailed in the recruitment scope.

In principle, people who are currently employed and whose contract period has not expired cannot participate in the application.

Third, the recruitment process

1. The deadline for registration is before 5pm on October 28th, 2008 165438. Applicants can apply for two positions, fill in the Approval Form for Non-teacher Employment of Beihang University (applicants can log on to the website of the Ministry of Personnel and download it in the "Data Download" column), and submit it to the Ministry of Personnel of Beihang University (Room 427, office building). 2. From June 28th, 2008 to1October 30th, 165438+, the personnel department will examine the qualifications of candidates, and feed back the primary selection opinions and application materials to the employer.

3. On June 5438+February/KLOC-0-5, 2008, the employer drew up the list of interviewers and reported the list of interviewers and application materials to the personnel department.

The personnel department organizes written examinations for those who enter management positions. For positions with special requirements, the employer may organize relevant professional skills examinations by itself.
